What is BST Fitness?

Over the course of the last couple months, I fielded questions similar to this on countless occasions so, I'd like to take this time to clear the air.

Let me start by saying, I am ALWAYS in the creative process with my company. Unabashedly marketing the very best product I can deliver to each and every one of my clients and followers.

I will be the first to tell you that I am no marketing genius. I have good ideas and really really.... lets just say "poorly planned out" ideas as well.

Just like many of you, I am learning as I go.

"So, Jake, tell us what the hell BST means already!"

Ok, ok.

As I was developing this business idea, I was running through some different names. I did research and looked up other similar business models and saw a lot of the same thing. Coaches were simply naming their business after them (i.e. jake shaw fitness). I'm not downplaying those other business models but, I didn't want that. I wanted something more inclusive.

I wanted to be different. because long story short, this company is not about me as much as it is about my clients and supporters. I chose the acronym BST to help empower those who have lost their sense of purpose, To revitalize that energy to keep going and to help individuals make a healthier future for themselves.

By the way, BST stands for "Becoming Stronger Today."

Stronger is the keyword. I want to help each and every person I cross paths with embrace their inner strength and dig deep to use that strength to cut out all excuses and overcome obstacles in their path to success.

In a round about way, My companies name is also it's motto. If you have read other posts, I always sign off, "Become Stronger Today."

It's not just a saying. It's MY MISSION.

Now, to what I do. I have created a digital fitness & nutrition coaching platform designed for those of you who are either struggling to find time to meet with a trainer in person or have lost complete motivation are are wanting to start or restart their fitness journey. For example, If you plan to venture into something you haven't trained for before (i.e. Spartan Race, Physique Show, Marathon, or simply personal betterment) I build and provide comprehensive game plans to help you maximize your time spent training!

It's all custom and no two plans are the same. I can develop plans for those who have gym memberships, or prefer working out at home.

"But, Jake, I travel and am on the road all. the. time."

Good news, I can build you a program that can be done in your hotel room!

This is the beauty of this. There is not a single excuse that will get you out of making the best version of you possible!
