Free Workout Program (Week #2)

Although things may not be, and may never be, "normal" again, I've decided to provide some info or structure for those of you maybe finding yourself in a rut.

For those of you that have been following along for awhile now, you may have known about the FREE 6-week workout plan I am sharing with each and every one who chooses to read this blog. (You can also access this info if you were to join the VIP email list ;)

As a personal trainer and fitness coach, it's one of the best ways I felt I could rovide a little something to everyone during this difficult time.

No, it doesn't really have monetary value. No, it may not pay your bills for you. No, it won't get you out of the dog house you keep finding yourself in during quarantine.... BUT, if followed diligently, this program can provide a new found, positive energy. It could provide a stress reliever, a mood enhancer, and overall feel good vibes. You will absolutely become stronger, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually as well.

I am going to be honest, following a plan like this, or any fitness regimen, won't fix all of your problems. But maybe, just maybe, it can help change you mindset. Your outlook or approach for life on a day-to-day basis.

Perspective is a major factor in the fitness world and you don't need to a superstar to understand this. Check out my latest podcast epsiode ( https://youtu.be/1iiNg5YkCx0 ) to understand more about perspective.

For the sake of time, I will save you the big speech. All I ask of each one of you who are interested in following the 6-week program is that you open your mind. Be willing to learn. Be coachable. Because approching this with any other mindset is going to cause some difficulty.

Now, without further ado, here is Week #2 of the 6-wekk program.

This week, set the clock for 60 seconds and roll through each sequence at least 2 times. If you are feeling good, add a third or maybe even FOURTH time. Allow yourself between 20-30 seconds to recover and catch your breath and then GO AGAIN!

I know that sounds like crazy talk. Thats the beauty with fitness. Its very flexible programming and can be modified depending on past injuries or limitations of any kind!

If there are any questions, don't hesitate to reach out and email me at bstfitness365@gmail.com

Good luck with week #2 and be on the lookout for week #3 very soon!
