Hey there, 

For those of you who don't know, my name is Jake and I am the founder and coach at BST Fitness. It has been my goal to help others, since I can remember and with BST Fitness, I have been afforded the opportunity to do so. 

I have been a certified personal trainer for going on 5 years, and have loved every minute of it. I was heavily involved in athletics all growing up; I played football, basketball, baseball, soccer & I even tried my hands at cross country! (admittedly, not my best decision...)

With experience in many different sports, I feel there were plenty of lessons learned and habits built that I have continued to hone to this day. 

My goal with BST Fitness is to help others build similar habits. Lessons in hard work and consistency are all part of the bigger plan and I hope that others will learn and progress towards the goals we all set for ourselves.

I have worked with many clients from all walks of life over the years and I feel very confident in saying that YOU CAN DO IT. There isn't an exception when finding success with fitness and I plan to spread that news far and wide.

At the end of the day, we're all we've got so we might as well help each other
